  • 2 tbsp. l vegetable oil
  • 2.5 cups of flour (200 g each)

Mix liquid ingredients in containers, add bulk and knead the dough. It will turn out pretty cool. Roll out the dough into a layer about 3 mm thick. Form cookies. Will help special forms, or a pile will fit to squeeze out the circles. Bake on baking paper at 200 degrees for 5-7 min. Be careful, this cookie is baked very quickly, so do not miss the moment!


2. Shortbread

  • 1 egg
  • 100 g butter
  • 100 g sugar
  • vanillin
  • 1.25 glass of flour
  • 0.5 tsp. slaked soda

Beat the egg with sugar, then mix in soft butter and soda (do not forget to repay with vinegar or lemon juice). Now pour the flour and knead the dough. It will turn out soft, not sticking to hands. 3. Oatmeal

  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp. l Sahara
  • half a cup of oatmeal
  • 0.5 cups of oatmeal or flakes ground on a coffee grinder
  • half a teaspoon of soda

Beat eggs with sugar. Add flakes, mix. And leave for 3-4 minutes to soak the flakes a bit. Add the quenched soda, oatmeal, raisins. Stir well. Leave the dough for 10 minutes until thick. Put the dough on a baking tray with a spoon and bake at 180 degrees for about 15-20 minutes.

4. Banana

  • 1 very ripe banana
  • 200 g oatmeal
  • 125 g of oatmeal (you can grind flakes in a blender or coffee grinder) or wheat
  • 2 tbsp. l vegetable oil
  • 2 tbsp. l water

Pureed a banana, add butter and water, flour and flakes in mashed potatoes, and knead the dough until it no longer sticks to your hands. Roll out the dough into a layer about 5 mm thick, cut out molds and bake on a baking sheet, covered with paper, at a temperature of 200 degrees for about 15 minutes.


5. Cottage cheese

  • 75 g butter
  • 100 g of cottage cheese
  • 125 g flour
  • 50 g sugar

Grind the butter with sugar and curd, add flour and knead the dough. Put it in a cold place for 2 hours, wrapped in a film. Roll out the dough thinly, bake at 180 degrees on paper for 10-15 minutes.

To make this tender cookie, you need special molds, since it has the shape of a shell, but if there are none, you can bake it in others.

At the very beginning, beat the eggs, adding the icing sugar in them. You can put the usual sugar, but using powder, the dough you get much more tender. The resulting mass should have a light shade.

Sift the flour and add eggs to it. At this stage, add flavoring. There will be used vanilla, but if you want, you can use any other. Namely, caramel liqueur, juice and lemon peel, rum liqueur. This is your choice.

Melt the butter and add to the dough. Mix the resulting mass, achieving a homogeneous state.

The dough will be thin. Pour it over the prepared tins.

Preheat the oven to one hundred and eighty degrees. Forms send inside and wait about twenty minutes. Crack cookies should not.

Ingredients:

For the test:

200 g butter

2 cups sugar

1 cup sour cream

1 cup of starch

Cooking

DOUGH

The butter, softened at room temperature, is rubbed with white sugar.

Add the remaining ingredients and knead the soft plastic dough.

Divide the dough into 2 equal parts - for caps and for legs.

HATS

From one part to make 100 slightly flat balls. These will be the caps of mushrooms.

Bake them on an ungreased pan.

In the still warm (!) Baked hats in the center of the flat side, make the indentations with a knife with a sharp tip - the legs will be glued into them. (Cooling down, products become brittle.)

Prepare 100 buns of baking paper squares with a side of 6-7 cm in advance.

Dip the ends of the legs of white mushrooms dipped in a warm syrup, combine with the caps and carefully lay out to dry.

After drying, imitate poppy ground on the legs. To do this, dip the legs of the mushrooms in syrup, then - in a container with poppy seeds. We leave the syrup to dry up and the "earth" is well established.

MUSHROOMS

We grease the legs and the lower part of the caps of amanitas with egg whites, whipped with powdered sugar.

Cooking

  1. Beat the butter together with the sugar in a large bowl. Without stopping beating, add eggs, sour cream and flavoring.
