We will need:

One kilogram of zucchini.
   350-400 grams of pineapple juice.
   Half a glass of sugar.
   2/3 tsp of citric acid.
   A pinch of vanilla, quite a bit on the tip of the knife.

Cooking process:

We take zucchini, peel them, and cut into rings about one centimeter thick. Then, in any convenient way for you, remove the seeds, that is, the core, from the zucchini rings.

My advice:  young zucchini is best used; if they are old, boil them a little more and with plenty of liquid.
