The Lower Astral Plane is filled with emotions of fear, anger, confusion, blame and pain. These negative emotions reduce the vibration of your plan and change its light. Spiritual Plan

The Spiritual Plan is located at the highest frequency of the fourth world, where the highest vibrational part of people is found, the Human part.
