The preparation is even simpler, but it comes together even faster. Because of the taste and texture, the kefir cake comes out tender and not dry, but slightly wobbly. Adding raisins will make the cake moist.

I’ve been using this recipe for a long time now, and always use it whenever I need to prepare it before tea. You can add not only rodzinki, but also other dried fruits, be it peas or various candied fruits. This cake can be made chocolate by adding 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder. There are a lot of options for its preparation, and such a pastry is never more confusing. You can bake today with a new taste. That and stick with the kefir cupcake, be it the master, moreover, its performance is possible not only in the multicooker, but also in the oven.

Ingredients for the cupcake

  1. Eggs – 2 pieces
  2. Zukor - 150-200 grams
  3. Kefir - 200 ml
  4. Roslinna oliya - 3 tablespoons

  6. Vanillin - for relish
  7. Boroshno - 200-250 grams
  8. Rodzinki - 50 grams
  9. Vershkov oil - for preparing molds

How to prepare a cupcake with kefir in a multicooker
